I reserve the right to update the commission prices and information of the ToS at any time, however, an already agreed commission on a said budget won’t have its price changed.I. ORDERINGOnly one commission piece per response.Please be clear with your descriptions, references are very welcome.I may reject an order for any reason.II. PAYMENTI may raise your commission’s price depending on the complexity.You may pay full upfront (100%), or pay 50% upfront then the remaining 50% after approval of the sketch.I accept payments only through Paypal and in USD.III. CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDSI have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time for whatever reason.If either party fails to make contact with the other within seven days after the discussion started, then the commission can be canceled by either party until contact. If the failure of contact is my fault, you are eligible for a refund. However, this rule does not apply in cases where I inform you that I will be gone for a specified duration of days.If payment has not been sent yet, you have the right to cancel the commission.IV. PROCESSI will give you work-in-progress updates as frequently as possible to be sure that I'm going in the right direction and that the piece fit what you have in mind.Revisions:Provide me with all of the specific details that should not be missed. Please point out any mistakes or any detail that I could forget so that I may correct them.Once I show you the sketch, I will do up to 3 revisions.I will do up to 3 minor revisions after the approval of the sketch.If you request major revisions after the approval of the sketch or request revisions that go outside of the original scope then a renegotiation of the fee and time frame will be necessary.I have the right to reject a revision.I will not edit your commission after I send you the final piece.V. COPYRIGHT/USAGE POLICYIf you break the copyright/usage policy in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.As the artist, I hold every right to the drawing. Therefore, I can use and post it as I please.The commissioner is allowed to:Repost the artwork on any site but with proper credit given to the artist.Use the artwork for personal use only, unless agreed upon otherwise.The commissioner can’t distribute or resell the art created as NFT/use it to promote Crypto projects/services or use it in an AI/ML.Alter the artwork without the artist’s consent.If you got any questions, feel free to ask me !
